Very disappointed services, for a order need to wait more than 3 hours. And there's no response from the customer service.
Wasting of our time and food will get cold
So please don't cheat the people if u can't keep the promises before you giving.
I will never choose through talabat next time.

They need to take care of their staff! Provide them with cars! Or limit their working hours during hot weather! Or force the restaurants to allow them to wait indoors! Its so heart breaking to see them working during hot weather and waiting outdoor under sunlight with no shield! I cant believe it we are in 2021 and yet still people are being treated like slaves!

It is agreed with the restaurants in the application that the request is made through the credit card only, and then the request is delayed or rejected and they refund the amount, but it remains in the payment requests to force you to use it through them only (Talabat bay)

My order should take 30mins only and it took from them 1.5hrs + 3 calls from me to the restaurant and the driver, to get a weird call from Talabat guy telling me that we are sorry but we will cancel your order.

He was asking me if I need my money back to my account or as credit in Talabat!

Are you kidding me!?

3 hour delay sandwich order.

I order the food through Talabat using promotional discount and was surprised to see the less
Quantity and the poor quality.
Using discount is not recommended and we should place a order directly to restaurant instead of using Talabat.

Every time I am ordering food from talabat i got very cold food with a big delay
I don't know why they are not writing the correct waiting time
They have a very unprofessional customer service
I contacted them regarding my order delay
They said that they will give a gift 8 AED instead of the delay
And i told them that I don't want the 8 AED because it worth nothing since my order value is around 150 AED. And it will come cold
The customer service ignored me and added that 8 AED and he knows that I don't want them
So ignoring the customer decision is not a behavior of the customer service!
And at the end i got my food which was very cold after waiting around one and hours
( before ordering it was written it needs only 35 minutes)

And i gave them another chance but the same thing happened
Very poor application

Very bad customer care. They canceled my order because they do not have driver after withdrawing the from my card! The restaurant can't do anything for me and Talabat has no number, no one answer the emails, no one helps on live chat. Very very very bad customer service. One month passed and still no one answer my emails and no refund until now, although it's written on their website the refund takes 7 work days!

It the worst ever their solution is late poor customer service and they cant send the right order

Worst experience ! Four hours I’m waiting for my order. Still waiting . Just curious how long can it really be for a pizza to be delivered by talabat. I don’t recommend anyone to ever use this terrible service.

so basically this is my worst experience ever
1-my home is like 10 mins walking to the restaurant and it took a HOLE HOURE
2-when I tried to call them they took 10 mins if not more to answer like are you putting two costumers to answer or what??!!!
3-there is no number for the driver, so I tried to contact talabat i had to wait 21 conversations that is happening with talabat before my turn
4-last but not least the problem I had to went through all of this is that talabat showed that my order has been delivered and I got nothing not even a call from no one seriously if you won’t do your job probably and open a app that works good DONT DO IT PLEASE. the only thing that made me satisfied is that the food was hot.
NEVER AGIN and going through the reviews showes how this app is bad & should get closed as fast as possible.

I waited for my order for 2 hours, the driver had a problem with the bike but noone informed me and I kept on waiting. I had to contact them twice and call the driver many times and still my order arrived after 2 hours or even more! They should inform the customer if the driver is late or has issues to find another solution. Very disappointing.
